2. Place one hand over your Solar Plexus (third) Chakra.
3. Place your other hand directly underneath, touching your stomach.
4. Simply relax your hands and fingers together. Keep your eyes closed and let your mind wander or rest. Do not make any special efforts to focus your mind on anything. Just let go and let the thought process take its own course.
5. Stay in this position for around 15 minutes.
If done in a systematic manner this practice is bound to make you feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
