			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- google_ad_section_start --><p>There is some debate among fitness professionals about the best way to burn fat.  Some say long, slow, aerobic exercise is best.  Some say high intensity interval training is the way to go.  But bodyweight calisthenics?  Until now, nobody considers the fat burning power of high intensity bodyweight workouts.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s look a three ways you can use bodyweight routines to burn more fat than your regular workout.  If you have tried long, slow cardio you probably didn&#8217;t get the results you wanted.  And for some, the more effective interval training is too intense for their fitness level.  But bodyweight calisthenics are a great choice for the beginner and advanced exerciser.</p>
<p><strong>Do Morning Calisthenics To Boost Metabolism</strong></p>
<p>First of all, metabolism refers to the chemical reactions of breaking down food into energy.  And when you are sleeping your metabolism slows down.  After all, you are not eating anything or exercising during your sleep (or at least you shouldn&#8217;t be).</p>
<p>So to kickstart your metabolism you should exercise.  And the most accessible and useful forms of exercise in the morning is bodyweight calisthenics.  So, when you wake up, a couple of quick circuits of bodyweight exercises and calisthenics gets your metabolism rolling and sets the pace for the rest of the day.</p>
<p>Important: the other thing you want to do to get your metabolism rolling is to eat breakfast. </p>
<p><strong>Use Bodyweight Interval Training Instead Of Boring Cardio</strong></p>
<p>Traditionally, many people turn to boring aerobic exercise to burn fat.  If you&#8217;ve ever jogged on a treadmill or use an exercise bike for 20-30 minutes you know what I mean.  Even though interval training is commonly held to be better at burning fat, many people still think aerobic cardio best.</p>
<p>But what if you combined your boring cardio with bodyweight intervals?  Not only would your break up the monotony of the cardio workout, but you would burn more fat as well!</p>
<p>Here is what I mean.  Suppose you are going to ride the exercise bike for 20 minutes.  Every 5 minutes jump off the bike and do a quick circuit without rest of a lower body, upper body and core bodyweight exercise.  Then get back on the bike and repeat for the full 20 minutes.</p>
<p>What this does is break up the breathing patterns and effort levels of your workout, making it harder.  Harder work means more calories burned.</p>
<p>I would also contend that using your full body for your cardio actually builds a better, more muscular body.  Plus, it is just more fun!</p>
<p><strong>Juggernaut Training</strong></p>
<p>First of all, Juggernaut?  Yea, a Juggernaut refers to an unstoppable crushing force.  And that is what you will become when you do these type of workouts.  Plus, you&#8217;ll burn a ton of fat.</p>
<p>Much like the Bodyweight Interval described above, you are going to COMBINE resistance training with cardio training.  But instead of just doing this for the &#8220;cardio&#8221; portion of the workout, you are going to do this for the ENTIRE workout.</p>
<p>Think of doing circuits of different bodyweight exercises alternated with traditional cardio.  You end up doing strength exercises when under cardiorespiratory stress, and cardio exercises when under muscular stress.  This make one tough workout.  And also, the tougher the workout the more fat is burned.</p>
<p>If burning fat is a concern of yours, I think you can see bodyweight calisthenics are a great tool.  Unfortunately, most people overlook bodyweight exercises as a fat burning tool, and end up never reaching their goals.  I hope this article has shown you some quick ways to incorporate bodyweight calisthenics into your workout and reach your fat loss goals.</p>

<p>Let talk circuit training a very powerful fat burning workout. Read through this whole article use the sample workout at the end and you will be on your way to losing around 2 lbs of fat a week. As long as you are also eating clean but that is another article.</p>
<p>Many people simply don&#8217;t get what circuit training is, what an efficient fat burning workout it is and that anyone can do.</p>
<p>If you have fallen for the marathon treadmill or aerobics fat burning workout will burn fat fast lie don&#8217;t feel bad. You, me and thousands of others have also. But we are done with that now. Right?</p>
<p>&#8220;What is circuit training&#8221;?</p>
<p>The purpose of circuit training is to keep you moving by only allowing you to take minimal breaks between exercises. If you absolutely must rest (this will be based on your conditioning level), you can take 30 seconds, then start again.</p>
<p>Circuit training is completely different than traditional weight-training programs, but can provide a much greater boost to your metabolism (higher fat burning) than plain cardio. Circuit training, works because it causes you to keep pushing your body aerobically, while still challenging you anaerobically.</p>
<p>Circuit Training benefits</p>
<p>Circuit training allows you to work your aerobic system while simultaneously working on your strength. Since you are constantly progressing through the workout, you will keep your heart rate up, getting much more out of it than guy who mindlessly logs all those miles on the treadmill.</p>
<p>Second, due to fewer rest periods, you will increase the amount of testosterone you release, which helps you gain lean muscle.</p>
<p>Finally, since you will move through this fat burning workout quickly, you won&#8217;t have to spend long hours in the gym. That alone should peak your interest.</p>
<p>Sample Circuit Training Workout</p>
<p>This circuit training workout consists of 5 different exercises to be performed a total of six times. Perform 10 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one. Once you have completed all six exercises, start the sequence over again.</p>
<p>Over time, you can gradually increase your number of reps, or add a set; circuit training is intense, so start slowly.</p>
<p>1) Mountain Climbers. While in the push-up position bring your left knee up to your chest, now do the same with the right leg. A great bodyweight exercise.</p>
<p>2) Pushups You may not know this (most people don&#8217;t) but to really do push-ups correctly and get the most out of them keep your elbows close to your body.</p>
<p>3) Squats. You don&#8217;t need to use weights ( but use them if you have them)</p>
<p>4) Barbell, Dumbbell or Kettlebell Cleans A fantastic total body workout in one exercise. One of my personal favorites.</p>
<p>5) Burpees You know the old squat thrust from school.</p>
<p>After completing all 5 exercises rest per your conditioning level( absolute begginner 90-120 seconds you will have to judge this for yourself). Work to decrease your rest times.</p>
<p>a Final Circuit Training Note</p>
<p>Circuit training is a great option to include in your fat burning workout when you are feeling like you are reaching a plateau or you&#8217;re just ready to try something new to kick-start your metabolism and kick your fat burning up a notch.</p>
<p>Do circuit training 2-3 days a week, take at least one day off in between. To progress and keep stimulating your body, try changing exercises.</p>
