Sex has changed so much over generation to generation. Not the actual act, as it has pretty much stayed relatively similar to what it always has been, but the people doing it and the age level has changed so much.


From the invention of the television to radio and now the internet as the ease of information being passed around at such a lightning rate has increased the overall sexual awareness of our population 10 fold. With websites dedicated towards pleasing your woman and other sexual items, it is hard to deny the sexual appetite.


Males are easily the most sexually driven of the two genders. This is not to say that all men have more of a drive then women, as there are some that can equal or even have a higher drive than men.


The drive alone can easily become an obsession if not taken care of in a moderate way. Pornography obsessed teenagers come to mind as I write that. Is that technically bad? I would say not as their hormones are an absolute rage of exploding energy. Combine that with their natural sexual curiosity and you have a sexual appetite that could power some small cities.


But is being oversexed bad?


Is there even such a thing has having too much sex? I know the men out there reading this are going to disagree with me on this but there actually is such a thing as being oversexed. Now before you start clicking away from the page and begin cussing me out in the process stay with me for a few more moments so that I can explain.


The idea of too much sex is a relative term as some couples can easily go through 3, 4 or even 5 times a day or more of sexual activity, while other couples might not engage in sex for months. You might be asking yourself, what does this matter to anything.


Well, to me the secret to good sexual health for males is by having a good sexual relationship with your partner. If you do not have a good sexual relationship with your partner, one or both of you will end up being oversexed or undersexed. Usually the male will end up being undersexed and the woman will end up being oversexed.


To me the key to good sexual health is the steady activity of sex consistent in every males life. Now the only way to do this is if you are on “good” terms with your partner. If they feel that they are just being used like a piece of meat, they are oversexed and will end up shutting you out.


While doing this, it will lead to a period of you being frustrated and undersexed and cause problems with your own sexual health.


Do you see what I am getting at here? By taking care of your partner and their sexual appetite level you are going to ensure that you continue to have a consistent amount of sex. If you try to force it upon them, you will end up alienating yourself and end up sleeping on the couch more often then you like.


Another important aspect of sexual health is confidence. If a man is not confident, he will not perform well. While the importance of the size of a penis to women highly debated, it’s hard to argue that it is beneficial to men themselves.


A man with a larger penis is more likely to be confident and act confident. It’s not the answer to all of a man’s sexual problems, but it certainly can’t hurt.

Try humming as a way to deal with dangerous gag reflexes. When you hum a soft tune whilst you’re eating you will probably not have a reflex. How this happens is a mystery to me but it is said that humming prevents the reflex from occurring.
