It seems like a pretty good program, not promoting their food products like the others EAS, South Beach, but I just don’t have the motivation.

I have a hard time following any diet regimen.

There is something about it that doesn’t make any sense. To wit. I refused Atkins, as it stressed mayonnaise over milk.

I tried that “Eat for your blood type” diet, but I needed to know what my blood type was.

i even looked at “Eat for your Sign” (diet and astrology), but I couldn’t take it seriously
