In looking for the food to avoid with arthritis, you may be well on the way to resolving it totally.

Not all arthritis is caused by diet, but diet plays a critical role in all your health problems.

The typical western diet is far from healthy. And that’s a healthy diet. So what’s unhealthy about it?

Let’s start with cooking. Cooking destroys enzymes and other essential nutrients in your diet. Probiotics are enzymes. Now many people find by simply adding a probiotic supplement to their diet, their health improves immeasurably?

At a dietary level, they can achieve the same by eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

You have been lead to believe that you need dairy for your calcium requirements. Yet, your ability to digest and utilise dairy ceased when you were weaned. In many Asian countries, dairy is not a part of their diet. And in these countries, arthritis is minimal. Or absent altogether.

The best source of calcium which you can easily digest and utilise is green leafy vegetables such as spinach, silver beet, swiss chard, etc.

You have also been lead to believe that you need meat every day for your protein levels. But if you take a look at your teeth, then look at a cat’s teeth, you’ll see a big difference. Cats are true carnivores and must have meat. They can’t survive without it.

Do your teeth look anything like cat’s teeth? Dogs also have similar teeth to cats, and they can survive without meat. So they are omnivores, but at the carnivore end.

Your teeth are much more similar to horses teeth. Horses are true herbivores.

Herbivores also need to eat frequently, whereas a carnivore may only eat about twice a week, when you take into consideration the hunts that fail.

So you have evolved to need a much lower protein level than carryovers. And you can get all of that again, from green leafy vegetables. And from nuts and seeds.

So what is the food to avoid with arthritis? Cooked food, dairy, meat. You don’t need to cut meat out altogether, just cut it back. Either reduce your portions or have it once or twice a week.

The reason arthritis is so prevalent on a typical western diet is because meat needs calcium to digest. Most western people have too much meat and too little calcium. So their bones suffer.

By learning which food to avoid with arthritis, you’re likely to heal more than just arthritis.

It goes without saying, I hope, to avoid all junk, fast and processed food.

Nasal Obstruction – Two Ways to Resolve it Naturally

Nasal obstruction usually occurs when your nasal discharge is thick. Too thick to drain. Thin discharges drains easily, so would rarely cause a nasal obstruction.

Often the thick, stubborn discharge is gluey or stringy. When you can finally get some out, it’s sticky like chewing gum.

Once a discharge remains locked in your sinuses, it may become infected, so the typical colour of it is yellow or yellow/green. And the pressure may build up, creating a pain. Perhaps a pain at the root of your nose which feels heavy or burns.

If any of this sounds like your condition, then the homeopathic medicine Kali bich may well totally resolve it.

To find the most appropriate homeopathic medicine for you, you need to be able to match at least three keynote symptoms of the medicine with your symptoms.

If the above stickiness and type of headache looks good, then you only need another symptom.

Those who benefit from Kali bich feel worse when the affected area is exposed to cold, but better with warmth. Generally the nasal obstruction is worse during the night or on waking. And it can be bad after eating.

Sciatic Nerve Damage and How to Resolve it With Ease

Sciatic nerve damage is quite a loose term. It typically indicates there is a problem with your sciatic nerve, which runs from your back to your foot. So any problem with this nerve can travel the entire length, giving you symptoms.

Since it starts in the back, it’s often felt the cause is a back injury, which may well be the case. But there are other reasons, not necessarily related to injury or damage, which can result in the symptoms that lead to this diagnosis.

Sciatic nerve damage means just that – damage. Or injury. So if you can recall just when you noticed the symptom starting, you may be more than half way to resolving it.

If it started about the time of an accident, which involved a lot of soft or hard tissue damage, then I can guarantee that this is at least one of the main causes.

Symptoms of Grief and How to Resolve Them Naturally

Some typical symptoms of grief which normally occur immediately after a grief can include either crying (which may be hysterical or bordering on hysterical) or an emotional numbness.

Every individual is just that. Individual. So everyone will experience grief in a different way. So the weeping may not last very long. It may give way to your own particular weakness, be that a headache, the development of twitches or chorea or in women, the periods can suddenly stop.

Your unique symptoms are only going to mean something to you (and to homeopaths). So you need to be aware of when they started.
